"Die bladen buam", here played by Michael Vereno, is a tune from the Austrian hurdy gurdy tradition, collected in the early 19th century in Vienna. It was published about 100 years later in the "Kremser Album" collection and is a version of the Czech song "Dobrá dobrá dobrá židova kořalka" (http://folx.org/node/694)
